Custom builds need enough account balance to cover the first 24 hours, and phone verification before your first VPS. Billing runs while the server exists — powering it off does not stop it, deleting it does.
Billing
Pay for the hours you actually use
A test server for an afternoon should not cost a month. VPS billing here is hourly, prepaid from your balance, and capped so it can never exceed the monthly price.

Billing starts when the server does
Your VPS is built automatically and starts charging from that moment — no setup fee, no minimum term, nothing to cancel in advance.

Charged by the hour from your balance
The hourly rate is the monthly price divided by 480 hours, taken from your prepaid account balance. Nothing is charged to a card in the background.

Never more than the monthly price
After 480 hours in one calendar month the charging stops. Run a server around the clock and you pay its monthly price — the last 10 days or so of the month cost nothing extra.

Deleting is what stops the clock
A powered-off server still reserves its resources, so it still bills. When you no longer need it, delete it from the dashboard and charging stops immediately.

Power and reboot
Start, stop, reboot or force a power cycle from the dashboard, without waiting for anyone to do it for you.
Snapshots
Take a snapshot before a risky change and roll the whole disk back if it goes wrong. Create, restore and delete them yourself.
Rescue mode
Boot into a rescue system to repair a broken bootloader, a bad fstab or a locked-out configuration — then switch straight back.
Reinstall and root password
Reinstall the operating system with a different distribution, or reset the root password, whenever you need to. No ticket required.

Questions people ask before buying a VPS
What is the difference between a VPS and Cloud Hosting?
Cloud Hosting gives you space on a server we administer, managed through cPanel. A VPS is a whole machine of your own: its own operating system, its own resources, and root access, so you install and configure whatever you need. It also means the server administration is yours — if you would rather not do that, look at Managed VPS or Cloud Hosting instead.
Do I really get full root access?
Yes. You get the root password and SSH access from the moment the server is created, and you can reset that password or reinstall the operating system yourself at any time from the dashboard. There is no panel we force you to use and no software we block.
How does hourly billing work?
Your hourly rate is the monthly price divided by 480 hours, and it is charged from your account balance for every hour the server exists. Once you pass 480 hours in one calendar month the charging stops, so running a server around the clock costs exactly its monthly price and never more.
What happens if my balance runs out?
When your balance can no longer cover the next hour, the server is suspended rather than deleted. We email you straight away, again after 24 hours and again after 48. If the balance is still empty 72 hours after suspension, the server and its data are deleted — so top up or take a backup before then.
Which operating systems can I install?
You pick a Linux distribution when you create the server, and you can reinstall it with a different one whenever you like from the dashboard. A reinstall wipes the disk, so take a snapshot first if you want to keep anything.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You can change plan from your dashboard: an upgrade is applied against a pro-rated invoice for the difference, and a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date so you never lose time you have already paid for.
Do you administer the server for me?
Not on a root VPS — that machine is yours to run, and we support the infrastructure underneath it: the node, the network, provisioning, snapshots and rescue mode. If you want us to look after the operating system, control panel and updates as well, that is what Managed VPS is for.
Where are the servers and who supports them?
The nodes run on our own dedicated hardware in an EU datacenter, on KVM virtualisation. Support is our own team in Tbilisi, in Georgian or English, through tickets and live chat in your dashboard.
